What goes around comes around!

It had been 10 yrs now that I had been with her,
As a friend, philosopher, guide.
She dint even make a single move in her life without me.
The time we spent together was special always for me
I had started to love her since the time I got to know her
It was time now I had to take the first step towards her,
And take this relationship to the next level
I was deeply in love with her.
Just wanted to tell her somehow,
Was searching for the right words and
Waiting for the right time!
I took her out for dinner one night,
Opened my heart & poured my feelings onto her
I was hoping for a positive reply as
I was the only man in her life, “I Assumed“
Her answer crushed my heart into pieces
She said, she loves an other man
About which she has not confessed yet
She was at a place where I was few moments back
She wanted to tell him, but was scared about the reply
Being a friend, I gave her the courage to say it to him
It was about time that I was going to lose her
She agreed and said, she will do it soon!
I asked her if even he liked her.
She nodded and said I believe so.
Two days passed,
I had lost contact with her
Assuming she was somewhat upset over my proposal
Suddenly received a call, it was her on the other side
Low on voice and weeping,
She said he doesn’t love me.
Career is his priority and no one else.
I dint know to be happy or to be sad.
In all this a thought just hit me,
What goes around comes around!

Black and white stripes

He entered the room, came and sat besides me,
Whats up? i asked.
Nothing much! he replied.
Everything was the same,
It was the same time we regularly used to meet each other at the so called "adda" of ours.
Timings were the same only the place had changed.
But the moments we shared were getting better.
We both were in pain, which we could not take any more,
so decided to end the reason for the same!
We both were betrayed in love, love that was never ours!
The adda was the place where everything was decided.
The weapon was the same and the idea was to kill.
Two different places, meetings were fixed,
i ended it here and he ended it there!
Rush of blood made us do the wrong thing!
Realized it later when everything was finished.
Still happy in our own way, as we had nothing to lose.
We surrendered ourselves, and let the destiny rule!
Now is the time we wait for the hammer to bang!
And in no time we will be there to be hanged!
Looking at each other we smile for the last!
And say good bye!
We move into the black and white stripes with our head held high!!
